Colon and body cleanse

You may be asking yourself, why do I need a colon and body cleanse? What would be the benefit to me? I suppose you first need to understand the problem that you might likely be facing unknowingly. The average American eats terrible food on a daily basis. Their diets consist of overly fatty foods and these fats, particularly oxidized fats and cholesterol, will then build up in the colon over time.

The problem arises by the fact that this works similar to how plaque works on your teeth. Overtime, the toxins build up slowly, it is a disgusting thought, but there is actually larger problems that this can cause that you may not even know about because your colon certainly is not as visible as your teeth are. However, this toxin build up will keep your body from taking in healthy nutrients. Also, anytime you have toxins in your body it is thought that you likely have a body that is increased in risk of diseases or other health complications. The end result is that you need a good colon and body cleanse.

An interesting statistic you may want to know: the average American holds up to eight meals of undigested food in their colon. Someone who has a healthy, clean colon and is on a higher fiber diet only holds three.

Ultimately there are numerous ways to do a good colon and body cleanse. But the best place to start is a healthier diet. If you can avoid caffeine, alcohol, and compressed foods (for example, bread), canned, red meat, pork, friend, cheese, butter, margarine, shortening, etc (these are all very fatty foods) then you will be on a good start to a body cleansing.

The second step is to see a licensed physician. If you have other health complications such as diabetes is obvious that an all-water diet for a few days would not be a smart choice. However, a physician can direct you to a good colon and body cleansing program that would be safe and effective for you. You also have to keep in mind that some foods are required for muscle rebuilding. If you have a lot of physical activities going on and you do not have foods that will help you with amino acids, then you may be keeping your body from repairing muscles as they get broken down in work outs.

Always be safe with any colon and body cleanse! Find one that will work for you!
